Station-side core
Sri Iam Station, its park-and-ride and Wat Sri Iam through Exit 4.
Sri Iam (ศรีเอี่ยม) is centred on Sri Iam Station (สถานีศรีเอี่ยม), its seven-level park-and-ride and Wat Sri Iam (วัดศรีเอี่ยม), reached from the station via Exit 4. Central Bangna (เซ็นทรัล บางนา) and Rock Domain Climbing Gym (ร็อคโดเมน ไคล์บิ้ง ยิม) also sit inside the reference area, but there is no dependable evidence for treating all four as one continuous walk. Choose the temple, shopping centre, climbing gym or rail transfer as the purpose of the visit and plan the return separately.
Details may change — verify before visiting.
Sri Iam joins a Yellow Line station directly to Wat Sri Iam, while its shopping and climbing stops need separate plans.
Sri Iam takes its identity from the Yellow Line station and the road junction beneath it. Rail passengers can use Exit 4 for Wat Sri Iam, while drivers can change to the train through a seven-level park-and-ride connected at level three. That station–temple pairing is the clearest visit here.
Wat Sri Iam is more than a name beside the tracks. A Bangkok study preserves the older name Wat Sri Iam Watthanaram, and the Sangha Supreme Council approved a monastic school at the temple in 2012. National examination statistics published in July 2026 still name Wat Sri Iam School, with 66 monks and novices passing that year's examinations.
Central Bangna is the commercial destination inside the western part of the reference area. Its owner describes a six-storey mall, office building, condominium and rooftop water-park site, while Central Pattana's redevelopment plan placed the transformed project in 2026. The mall remains a reason to come, but current renovation areas should be checked before the visit.
The tourism material also associates Sri Iam with Rock Domain, BITEC, Pororo AquaPark and Leoland Water Park. Rock Domain is inside the boundary and maintains a current official website. BITEC sits outside the boundary and needs its own visit. Pororo is closed for renovation, while no current official visitor page was found for Leoland.
One station serves a temple gate and a 2,828-space car park, but not a dependable walking loop to every nearby stop.
Sources: MRTA and EBM for rail and parking; Bangkok and Sangha records for Wat Sri Iam; Central Pattana, Pororo AquaPark, Rock Domain and BITEC for current destination status.
Sri Iam means the non-legal reference area around Sri Iam Station, Wat Sri Iam, Central Bangna and Rock Domain. It does not mean the whole of Bang Na district, and it does not include BITEC farther west even though BITEC appears in the tourism records associated with the name.
Loading the real boundary…
Sri Iam Station, its park-and-ride and Wat Sri Iam through Exit 4.
Central Bangna and Rock Domain are inside the reference area but are not presented as a continuous station walk.
BITEC lies west of the reference area and belongs in a separate visit.
The reference area runs from Central Bangna east along Debaratna Road to Sri Iam Station, Wat Sri Iam and Rock Domain. BITEC is west of this area and belongs as a separate extension.
These stops are choices, not a walking sequence. The station and temple form the clearest rail-based pair; Central Bangna and Rock Domain each need their own onward and return plan.
The Sri Iam park-and-ride has seven levels and about 2,828 spaces. Current terms show ฿5 per hour with a rail e-stamp and ฿20 per hour without one; recheck rates and availability before driving.

Use Station Exit 4 and let the temple's current signs decide which areas are open to visitors.
Arrange the onward journey and return before leaving the station; do not rely on an undated shuttle post.
Check the gym's current hours, rates and equipment requirements before travelling.
The park-and-ride joins the station at level three, separating the rail transfer from street level.
The Yellow Line passes above the meeting of Srinagarindra and Debaratna roads, which explains why onward choices need planning before leaving the station.
A chicken-noodle shop named for the Bang Na Thani area.
Chicken noodles with bitter melon near the Bang Na flats.
A steak shop serving the Keha-Bang Na side of the area.
Stir-fried basil made with dried chilli.
Ninety restaurants appear in the main area total, while 120 names feed the ranked restaurant pool. Neither count is a live opening guide, and current opening is not confirmed for the shops below, so check before making a special trip for one.
No dependable menu price bands were supplied; check menus before ordering.
The practical issues here are the roads, changing weather, restricted transport areas and the difference between a temple visit and a commercial stop.
Arrange the return from Central Bangna or Rock Domain before leaving the station, especially if you were hoping to use a shuttle.
Rain and heat can change whether a road-level connection is worth attempting; check conditions before setting out.
For Wat Sri Iam, the Yellow Line operator directs visitors through Station Exit 4.
Temple ceremonies and posted access rules take priority. Dress modestly and keep voices low around worship.
The Yellow Line maintenance depot is operational space with controlled entry, not a visitor attraction.
Passengers, workers, diners, monks and worshippers should not become background subjects without consent.
Daylight gives you more time to assess any ground-level crossing, while rail, mall and gym hours should be checked on the day.
There is no useful single duration for Sri Iam. Treat the temple, mall, climbing gym and rail transfer as separate visits.
Some of these sit just outside this page’s area — flagged below.

Sri Iam refers to the area around Sri Iam Station, Wat Sri Iam, Central Bangna and Rock Domain, not the whole of Bang Na district.
Take the Yellow Line to Sri Iam Station and use Exit 4. Follow the temple's current signs once you reach the gate.
EBM states that it has seven levels and space for about 2,828 cars, with a station connection at level three. Check current availability and parking terms before driving.
A dependable continuous walking route has not been established. Arrange separate onward transport and a return rather than assuming the station, mall and temple form one walk.
Pororo AquaPark Bangkok announced that it would close for renovation from January 1, 2026. Check the operator's latest notice before planning a water-park visit.
Leoland Water Park (สวนน้ำลีโอแลนด์) remains in older tourism material, but no current official visitor page was found. It is not presented as an operating stop.
