One company name can lead to many locations

A marketing enquiry might begin with two provider names. At branch level, the question becomes geographical: where are their service locations represented? Keeping lender counts separate from branch counts prevents the conversation from confusing the size of a company list with the size of a network. Choose providers relevant to the assignment and examine their records within the same area. That gives subsequent research a bounded scope. Colleagues can see why those organisations were selected and which service locations belong in the comparison before they begin fieldwork.

Give the comparison a shared geography

VS mode allows two providers to be placed side by side. The captured example selects Muangthai Capital and Srisawad Power 2014. The next enquiry concerns their records in the area relevant to the work, using the same counting unit. From there, choose the locations that need follow-up. A visit or source check can establish whether a record represents a branch or an office and whether its address matches the intended destination. The comparison becomes more useful as those individual location questions are resolved and retained with the records.

Company information adds a different layer

Company and licence information describe the provider, while branch records describe recorded locations. Read them together while preserving the unit of each layer. For a market-research team, this distinction organises the next work: some questions belong in a registry, while others belong at a service location. Where names vary, retaining the legal name and reference helps the enquiry return to the same entity. The result is a clearer relationship between organisation and place, without forcing unlike records into one combined count that would be difficult to explain later.

Take a service question into the field

The map makes a broad network question concrete enough to study through a list of places. Choose an area and prepare a short checking agenda: address, access and the service questions to put to the provider. Keep the answers distinct from the registry information. When the team reviews its work, it can see which part of the picture came from the branch inventory and which part was learned through contact or observation. That separation makes the investigation easier to update and gives future research a clear place to resume.
